Slow motion changes

Here there is a video of a shot from my first shoot, in which the female protagonist is spinning around and the shot is out of focus then comes back into focus when she stops spinning around.
I used after effects here, due to the fact that in Final Cut pro the 25 frames per second that the shot was filmed on becomes 'jerky' and not smooth. Therefore on after-effects i used the time-relapse do slow down the 25 frames per second without making them 'jerky'. After effects 'adds' frames to the footage therefore making the film smooth to watch unlike in final cut. This is called pixel blending. The pixels are blending together and this makes the shots closer together therefore smooth.
