My music video is going to be a stop start motion music video, stop start is basically where static objects appear as if they are moving through putting together of the picture taken.

Examples of stop start motion videos would be;

• coldplay strawberry string
• Orient Lavie her morning elegance
• the white stripes fell in love with a girl

Her morning elegance is about a girl who is laying in bed and we denote her walking and see the sheet changing behind her to let the audience connote that she is outside (possibly on a train). This occurs using sheet and pillows. There is also a man involved and a cello.

My idea-
Basically it is very similar, there will be stop start motion of a girl doing several things in the different areas of leeds/ilkley.
 For example I am going to use my friend (who is a performer) and we will travel around abandoned areas of leeds and ilkley.

• The music video is going to be dark and the lighting will be minimal 
• It will be a non-linear narrative of this girls mental stability - she feels very alone and it is driving her insane - to begin with the audience will denote two females in the light of day and throughout the music video they will denote her by the end being alone in the dark and the lighting will mainly light her up with very dark background. A natural monochrome by intensifying the hue of the images.
•  I will be starting to film around the end of November through to mid December - hopefully will have the footage edited by early January.
