This is my rough cut four, to make this my Final Cut I will be editing out the visual noise from the clips in which i had to increase the ISO on the camera due to filming in the dark, for the camera to pick up the footage the ISO  had t be at the highest rate.
 I will also be editing some of the timing of the clips so they re to the beat of the song more precisely.

Magazine Advert

To create this I used an image of trees and overplayed the image of the protagonist jumping. I then made the opacity 50% enabling the double layer. 
 Then I used an image of Garbage'e logo, removed the background to make it transparent and played on the top of the magazine advert. I then placed the vector under the layer of the protagonist jumping to create a slightly transparent effect instead of being a strong black colour, I tried the strong black however, the faded black fit better with the continuity of the magazine and the digipak. 

Initially I mirrored the protagonist jumping in the air and mirrored the trees. However, this faded the whole magazine and the magazine didn't stand out as much. Also a main theme in my A2 media is the colour blue and the colour was faded in the mirrored version therefore i felt like with the one protagonist jumping the colour was more vibrant and i was able to use the colour swatch tool to use the blue for the writing at the bottom. 
 I also feel that the text on a poster needs to be legible and for people to easily read. I made the writing clearer and the darker black will be more eye-catching than in the mirrored version. 

I have added the social media above the release date, (Facebook and Twitter). I added the social media to allow people to access the band's information and their past albums and future concerts. this also follows the general conventions of a magazine advertisement. 

This is the final edit of my magazine avert, i have removed the Garbage logo in the bottom left corner, due audience feedback questioning why the word Garbage and Night Drive Loneliness being repeated twice. Therefore i created my QR code, which links to my blog post and i also added the 'iTunes' logo and the 'google play' logos. This adds to the general conventions of a magazine cover, allowing people to access the songs in all formats and provide them with the information they need to be aware of where they can find the song and the album.

Feedback three

This is my third piece of feedback. Here I am receiving feedback from a two men aged 46 years of age. I have also got feedback from 2 women, aged 48 and 37. The men are my primary target audience due to Garbage's prime time was in the 1980's when these participants were 20 years of age. 
 The feedback given was mainly positive; however, some of the shots of the music video were stated as being too long therefore, I will be shortening these down and filling the gaps in with other footage that I have got from the shooting days that I have not used yet. Also some constructive criticism was that instead of some of the shots going from light to dark t hen light back to dark at the end, the continuity and the narrative would be clearer if the beginning of the music video was in day light and then towards the end it stayed dark. Also the transition between the light day time and dark night time may need to be smoother and more continuous. 
 However, the story line was clear and they enjoyed the overall shots and they mentioned that it looked like a professional music video. One of the 46 year old men has been in band over the last 20 years and he edits his music videos; he stated that from his experience that my music looked more professional than many unprofessional music videos he has ever seen.

This is the third brought cut, however, I Decided to start all over again due to the initial video being disorganised.
